We'll want to know about your opening specifications and what style you're interested in. We can price multiple product choices if you desire.
QUALITY GUARANTEE: CurveMakers, guarantees all its products against material or workmanship defects for one full year from date of purchase.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are dissatisfied with any of our STANDARD ARCHES (standard products and sizes as listed on product pages) for any reason, simply return it undamaged for a full refund.
RETURN POLICY: No product shall be returned without prior approval. Undamaged standard products will be approved for return. Custom ordered products may not be returned unless manufactured incorrectly from the specifications as agreed upon on the invoice at the time of purchase, or unless approved by a CurveMakers representative. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
INSPECTION AND DAMAGE CLAIMS: Inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately to CurveMakers so that damage claims may be made with the freight carrier. On occasion we will need the assistance of our customers with damage claim investigations.

Once the product choice and specifications are set, we will send you an order confirmation via email to confirm the order. We accept credit cards (all processed via PayPal), checks, and cash.
Once you order, we manufacture all of our kits on a per order basis (we don't stock much of anything). Typical lead time is ~4 weeks.
